Spend the winter in France? From 23 January to 3 April 2027
Would you like to enjoy ten weeks of peaceful French village life? From 23 January to 3 April 2027, we are offering L’Ancienne École at an attractive long-stay rate for two guests.
The house offers plenty of space, central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi and a large garden. It is a wonderful place for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet, nature, walking and authentic French life.
For practical guests who would enjoy carrying out a few small, pre-agreed maintenance or cleaning tasks during their stay, a reduced rate may be available. Please feel free to message us before booking to discuss the possibilities. The price excludes firewood and electricity.
Minimum stay: 60 days. The price is based on two guests.
Additional costs and rules
The stated prices are exclusive of:
- €175 for the final cleaning,
- €15 per person per (part of a) week for the mandatory rental of bed and bath linen; the beds are made up on arrival,
- 4% tourist tax,
- €0.35 per kWh for electricity consumption above an average of 25 kWh per day, and
- €35 surcharge per pet for the entire period.
A refundable deposit of €150 is required.
The stay generally runs from 16:00 on the check-in day to 10:00 on the check-out day. Adjustments to these times are negotiable. The property will be handed over clean by the Landlord, and the Tenant must leave it tidy and broom-clean at the end of the stay. If this is not the case, additional cleaning costs (€25 per hour) may be charged.
A washing machine and dryer are available. Cancellation terms apply and will be communicated in advance.
