Additional costs and rules
Prices quoted do not include €175 for final cleaning, €2 per person per day (€14 per week) for compulsory rental of bed and bath linen, 4% tourist tax and €0.35 per KwH for electricity above 150 kWh per week. In principle, the stay runs from check-in day 16:00 to check-out day 10:00. Adjustments to this are negotiable. The property will be delivered clean by the landlord in advance and the tenant must leave it tidy and wipe-clean afterwards. Should this not be the case, extra cleaning costs (at €25 per hour) will be charged. A washing and drying machine are available. Cancellation rules apply and will be communicated in advance.
