Costs and practical information

The rental price excludes:
- €175 for final cleaning.
- €15 per person for bed linen and towels, charged once per booking. Beds are made on arrival.
- 4% tourist tax.
- €0.35 per kWh for electricity above an average consumption of 25 kWh per day.
- €35 per pet for the entire stay.
The refundable security deposit is €250.
Your stay normally runs from 16:00 on arrival day to 10:00 on departure day. Other arrangements can be discussed.
The house is handed over clean. Please leave it tidy and broom-clean on departure. Additional cleaning may otherwise be charged at €25 per hour. A washing machine and dryer are available.
Cancellation
The following cancellation charges apply to the rental amount.

Summer 2027
From 3 July to 4 September, stays run from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum of seven nights. The calendar shows the arrival and departure dates available for your stay.
A winter escape or a longer stay?
From 23 January to 3 April 2027, enjoy peaceful French village life with a minimum stay of 30 nights. The winter rate is based on two guests and excludes firewood and electricity. The house has central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and a large garden. An adjusted rate may be available for guests who would like to carry out a few small, pre-agreed maintenance or cleaning tasks. Please contact Aernoud before booking.
